Living Illegally in Germany?

Lets hope that your Visa didn’t expire and that you are now illegal in Germany. This can happen, but its a bad situation to be in. Normally someone for example, from the USA, can only stay in Germany for 90 day within 180 days. In order to stay longer it is necessary to get a Visa that allows for a longer stay.
Ways to stay longer?
1.Find a job. Finding the right job will allow the chance to keep living in Germany and working. However finding a job like this can be next to impossible.
2.Take a language class. This is how I have been able to remain in Germany. Most schools will offer different international programs that provide intensive German courses. By taking an intensive German course, it is possible to not only stay in Germany, but to work 20 hours per week in Germany. However, you will only be limited to 400 euros per month…
3.Travel to different countries. Going to country like the UK will not count towards your total days stayed in Germany.
4.Live Illegally in Germany. I do not recommend this. You could get into trouble or even deported. Though they might not check, if they do find out about you, they could not let you back into Germany or at least for an extended period of time.
