It’s my day on December 6, Nicholas Day
. This is a widely known holiday in Germany. For Nikolaustag, you should leave candy in the shoes or boots outside the door. If someone was good, you should leave candy, but if they were bad, leave a rod.
Bernie and Ert
If you haven’t heard of Bernie and Ert, you are missing out. This is a mockery of Bert and Ernie, but rather than be for kids, this is a dirty version of the show. I definately wouldn’t recommend showing this to kids. In the following video, you can watch Bernie and Ert celebrate Nikolaus Tag.
