How to dress like a German

Though you might not realize it, there are dead giveaways that you are a foreigner. Here are a few tips to dress more like a German and less like a tourist.

1. Your Shoes, don’t wear jogging shoes. Wear black or for shoes, get the latest Pumas or Diesels.
2. White Socks, black shoes and white socks don’t mix!
3. Dress up when you go in the night club. Many night clubs have dress codes. If you aren’t dressed up, you don’t get in.
4. Wear a scarf. This guys for guys and girls. Girls especially can be often found wearing scarves.
5. Wear Black. The easiest way to fit in is just to wear black. Even just a plain black shirt looks much better.
6. Tight jeans. Germans wear their jeans tight, not rapper style loose!
