We all form relationships with people. Whether this be between two small girls or an adult and a child. What happens when we start crossing cultures and languages, such as the United States and Germany?

Understand the Language and Understand the People
The language we speak has a lot to do with the way we think and the way act. Think if you would be born in another country, would you have different interests and maybe even a different career? Of course you would, our environment has a big impact on our present selves and our future selves. Even just the people we are around influence us.

Understanding those in Europe
Rather than going to Europe with the mindset, I am better than everyone, why not go there thinking I have a lot to learn. The world is big and you are one small person. You are just a grain of sand on a beach. Europe is a very open place, a place where some very great minds come from. You’ll notice less people focusing on what was on TV last night and more on people.

Be Willing to Learn
Go to Europe willing to learn or anywhere else you go. Rather than comparing what they do and what you do, think about how the idea is different. People ask me, why do you like Germany? I tell them simple, its different. I can’t tell you which country is the best and so should it. Just enjoy the different people and ideas that each country provides.
