How to Drink German Beer Properly

By admin | Apr 18, 2008

About to enjoy a German Beer? Wait… Before drinking it down like any other beer, follow the steps to properly enjoy a nice cold German Beer.

1. Pick the Beer of your choice. (I like Warsteiner and Becks, easy to get worldwide.)
2. Open the bottle with a beer opener.
3. Listen to the sound of the beer as it flows into the glass.
4. The foam rises as German beer should.
5. Smell the beer and savor the sent of the beer flavor.
6. Take a Sip and enjoy the crown of foam.
7. Enjoy as the beer comes from tongue to tip.
9. Relish in the unique taste of this beer.

My Tips
Don’t buy crappy beer. Sure it costs .25 in a German supermarket, but it taste like it too.
Buy your own German Glasses. (I often hit up a “flohmarkt” to get cheap beer glasses with german labels on them.

ALWAYS PROST!
