The man who created the famous Doener Kebab is now dead. Mahmut Aygün who invented the döner kebab sandwich nearly four decades ago in Berlin has passed away.
Anyone who was drunk at 3 am in Germany knows how awesome these sandwiches are, especially since many of these restaurants are open late. Unfortunately the creator did not potent the Doener Kebab so he did not profit from the sandwich being copied across the country.
