Whenever I decide to fly to Germany, I spend hours looking at flights. Finding the cheapest flgiht seems more like looking for a needle in a haystack.  You find all kinds of different results using different websites, and different cities. 

Cheapest German City to Fly To
Frankfurt am Main is almost always the cheapest place to fly into.  In fact it is one of the cheapest places in Europe to fly to. This has made Frankfurt always the gateway to Europe for me since even flying to London is just always more expensive.

Using a travel compare engine such as Orbitz and Expedia are great places to start.  STATravel.com is a great place for students and those 25 and younger to find a flight.  They offer special prices for flights based on those conditions.
