By admin | Nov 5, 2009

Many call Berlin Germany the poor but sexy city.  Even though Berlin is the capital of Berlin, living in Berlin can be much cheaper than other cities throughout Germany.  Berlin in fact attracts artists and students from around the globe.

Living in Berlin gives you access to all kinds of restaurants some that some to even be hidden as the New York Times discovered. Finding one restaurant required them to “go through an unmarked courtyard that still bears scars from World War II.”

The Club scene in Berlin can be just as amazing as the restaurants. Some have said that Berlin is the main city of electronic music in the world.  Some of the best dj’s in the world relocate here.

When living in Berlin you will have to adjust to the hours that shops operate.  You won’t find a 24 hour supermarket in Berlin.  Most supermarkets close at 8 pm with some being the exception and closing at 10pm.
