Berlin is the Cheapest City in Germany?

Maybe would suspect that Germany is one of the cheapest cities in Germany, for being the capital compared to many other cities. Even the tagline for the city promoted even by the mayor is poor yet sexy.

One of the factors why Berlin is so cheap may have to do with the fact that it lies in East, Germany. The east still lies behind the West even though reunification took place 20 years ago. The jobs just don’t seem to be as prelevant in the east side, such is the case with Berlin.

However for any striving artist or language learner, Berlin is a great place to go. It’s cheap, cosmopolitan and full of fresh art and even plenty of club life.
