Germany Sends 100 Troops to Afghanistan

By admin | Nov 13, 2009

It is Germany that will be contributing more troops to Afghanistan by sending 100 more to fight in the war against terror. The defense minister from Germany, where popular support for the war is low, says the extra troops will be stationed in Kunduz province, a formerly relatively peaceful area that has seen an increase in Taliban activity in recent months.

Even though it seems support is low in germany for the Afghanistan war, they still show their support but sending more troops in the region.
