A journalist created a new film called Black on White which reveals the ever present racism that is in Germany. Sure you might not have noticed it but there is racism ever present even in Germany.
Black on White features a journalist Gunter Wallraff as he travelled undercover across Germany wearing a dark-haired curly wig and with his white skin painted black. He spent most of his time in mostly white areas of Germany, speaking with an accent.
As momento24 reported, he found that ”I hadn’t known what we would discover, and had thought maybe the story will be, what a tolerant and accepting country we have become,” said Mr Wallraff. However he proved himself wrong. He found himself often rejected from doing things like renting an apartment or just staying at a campsite.
