Germany Out of Recession, Fragile Start

Though Germany is out a of recession, the BBC News reported that “A government scheme has kept many people in employment in Germany who might otherwise have been sacked because of the recession.”  They think that Germany’s might not really be out of the recession as it appears.  Though it appears that Germany, the largest economy is out of the recession, the state is still quite fragile, so Germany should be careful.
