Best East Germany Alexander Platz Points in Berlin

In Berlin, the eastern section, Alexander Platz is the starting place for a sightseeing tour of the former GDR.  Alexander platz is easy to find since it’s the same place where you find the huge tv tower.  Alexander Platz is marked by the imposing 368-meter TV Tower.  You can see this from miles around.

This is also a shopping mall and cinema complex which are also popular destinations.  In fac the new Alexa mall has become very popular and a great place to find cheap fast German sausages.  Just look for the venders selling them.
